Using pasteurised milk from their own herd at Park Farm near Bath the family make a variety of cheeses including Bath Soft, a soft and yielding white bloomy rind cheese; Wyfe of Bath a semi-hard cheese with a rich, creamy interior and a slightly nutty taste; and Bath Blue, a creamy blue cheese that has also been a World Cheese Awards champion too.
