White Lake’s home is at Bagborough Farm, just near to the Glastonbury Festival site in Somerset. Roger Longman, the 3rd generation owner makes cheese from his own own beloved herd of, primarily, French Alpine goats. A local Guernsey herd provide the cow’s milk, and the sheep’s milk comes from another well trusted farm. The result is minimal food miles, support from the community, and – of course – truly exceptional cheese.
