One of the ways we support emerging talent is through our annual cheesemakers grant, helping new makers with accreditation, mentoring and opportunities to showcase their cheeses to market. This year we are delighted to recognise two passionate cheesemakers whose commitment to craft and innovation truly stood out among many deserving applicants.
We continue this initiative in conjunction with The Academy of Cheese, the UK’s cheese education body, focussing on offering education, experience and certification to help gifted cheesemakers take the next step on their cheese-making journey.

Our cheesemaker grants this year have gone to Catherine Holbrook and Jake Goldstein, and we look forward to introducing them and their cheeses to you soon.
