Brindisa comes to market

We were delighted to welcome Brindisa to our market in February and thrilled that they will be back in March.

Founded in 1988 by Monika Linton, who started as a supplier of cheeses and charcuterie to chefs from her car, Brindisa expanded into a major supplier, followed by popular, authentic tapas restaurants in London. They will be bringing a selection of Spanish sheep’s milk cheeses including Lucy’s Cheese of the Month: Pi.
