We are very excited to announce that we have provided the funding to introduce a brand-new educational venture instigated by The Academy of Cheese at the Michael Caines Academy based at Exeter College.
The Level 1 Academy of Cheese course was run for all 32 students this year (see picture below) opening their eyes to the world of artisan cheese and giving them a better understanding of cheese in the catering industry and restaurants. A big thank you to all of you who regularly support us by shopping at the Cheese Market – it’s because of you that we are able to give back our profits to initiatives like this.
